תקנון פרטיות ותנאי שימוש – אפליקציית Trustee

1. הקדמה

מסמך זה מפרט את מדיניות הפרטיות ותנאי השימוש (להלן: "התקנון") החלים על השימוש באפליקציית Trustee ("האפליקציה" או "השירות"). השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה בלתי-מותנית לכל סעיפי התקנון. אם אינך מסכים – אל תעשה כל שימוש באפליקציה.

2. הגדרות

• "חברה" – WBD Technologies Ltd., המפעילה את האפליקציה.
• "משתמש" – כל אדם המשתמש באפליקציה כקונה, מוכר או צד שלישי.
• "מידע אישי" – כל מידע המזהה או ניתן לזיהוי, לרבות נתוני תשלום, כתובת IP, מיקום וגישה.

3. בסיס משפטי לעיבוד מידע

החברה אוספת ומעבדת מידע אישי על בסיס: (א) ביצוע חוזה עם המשתמש; (ב) אינטרס לגיטימי של אבטחת עסקאות ומניעת הונאות; (ג) קיום חובה חוקית; (ד) הסכמת המשתמש, ככל שנדרשת.

4. סוגי מידע שנאסף

• פרטי זיהוי: שם, ת"ז/דרכון, CPF (במידת הצורך), דוא"ל, טלפון.
• פרטי תשלום ועסקה: סכומים, מטבע, אמצעי תשלום, מצב עסקאות.
• נתונים טכניים: כתובת IP, מערכת הפעלה, סוג דפדפן, מידע על מכשיר ומיקום.
• תכתובות, קבצים שהועלו ותיעוד מחלוקות.

5. מטרות עיבוד המידע

• אימות משתמשים (KYC) ומניעת הלבנת הון.
• ניהול וניטור עסקאות, פתרון סכסוכים והחזר תשלומים.
• שיפור השירות, ניתוח תקלות, התאמה אישית.
• עמידה בחובות רגולטוריות (GDPR, PCI-DSS, וכו').

6. שיתוף מידע

החברה לא תמכור או תשכיר מידע אישי. מידע עשוי להיחשף ל-(א) ספקי תשלום, (ב) רשויות אכיפה/רגולציה, (ג) יועצים משפטיים/חשבונאיים, והכול בכפוף להסכמי סודיות.

7. זכויות משתמש

הנך זכאי לעיין, לתקן, למחוק או להגביל עיבוד. בקשות יש להפנות ל-privacy@trustee.co.il. נענה תוך 30 יום כמתחייב בדין.

8. אבטחת מידע ושמירת נתונים

החברה מאחסנת נתונים במרכזי AWS באבטחת Tier IV, הצפנה במעבר (TLS 1.3) ובמנוחה (AES-256). נתוני תשלום נשמרים לפי PCI DSS v4.0. נשמור מידע כל עוד נדרש למטרות לשמן נאסף או כנדרש בדין.

9. ילדים

השירות אינו מיועד למשתמשים מתחת לגיל 18. אם נלמד כי נאסף מידע מילד – יימחק מיידית.

10. קוקיות וטכנולוגיות מעקב

האפליקציה משתמשת ב-cookies ו-localStorage לניהול סשן, אנליטיקה ושיפור הבטיחות. ניתן להשבית דרך הגדרות הדפדפן, אך ייתכן שחלק מהפונקציות לא יעבדו.

11. סכסוכים ותחולת דין

על התקנון יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות שיפוט בלעדית: בתי המשפט בת"א–יפו. יישוב מחלוקות – תחילה במשא ומתן ובוררות בהתאם לחוק הבוררות.

12. שינויי מדיניות

החברה רשאית לעדכן את התקנון. שינוי מהותי יודגש וייכנס לתוקף 30 יום ממועד הפרסום.

Trustee App – Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

1. Introduction

This document sets forth the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (collectively, "Policy") governing your use of the Trustee mobile application ("App" or "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. Definitions

• "Company" – WBD Technologies Ltd., operator of the App.
• "User" – Any person using the App as buyer, seller or third party.
• "Personal Data" – Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

3. Legal Basis

We process Personal Data on the following bases: (a) performance of a contract, (b) legitimate interest in securing transactions and preventing fraud, (c) compliance with legal obligations, (d) consent where required.

4. Data We Collect

• Identity details: full name, ID/passport, CPF (where applicable), e-mail, phone number.
• Transaction data: amounts, currency, payment method, status.
• Technical data: IP address, OS, browser, device info, geolocation.
• Communications, uploaded files, dispute records.

5. Purpose of Processing

• User verification (KYC) and AML compliance.
• Transaction management, dispute resolution, charge-backs.
• Service improvement, debugging, personalization.
• Regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.).

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent Personal Data. We may share it with (i) payment processors, (ii) authorities, (iii) professional advisors, all under confidentiality obligations.

7. Your Rights

You may access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data. Contact us at privacy@trustee.co.il. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security & Retention

Data is stored on AWS Tier IV centres, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Payment data is handled under PCI DSS v4.0. We retain data only as long as necessary or required by law.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to persons under 18. If we learn that a child’s data was collected, we will delete it promptly.

10. Cookies

The App uses cookies and localStorage for session management, analytics and security. Disabling cookies may impair functionality.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction: Tel Aviv courts. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably and, failing that, by arbitration pursuant to the Arbitration Law.

12. Changes

We may amend this Policy. Material changes become effective 30 days after posting.
